How To Help

There are a variety of ways that you can help preserve our natural lands from development.  No contribution is too big or too small, whether the contribution is in the form of land, money, donations, or time and effort.  It is through the contributions of many that we can succeed in ensuring that our children and their children (and so on) can appreciate the pristine and preserved land that we have today.

How to Preserve Land That You Own
If you are a land owner, there are numerous ways that we can help you to preserve your property.  The Couderay Waters Regional Land Trust uses a variety of flexible tools to meet the goals of individual landowners.  Most of these offer income, estate, and property tax benefits that help make conservation affordable.  Click here to find out how the numerous ways that a land-owner can help preserve their land.

Become A Member
CWRLT is a non-profit organization, and as such, needs assistance from a large group of members to succeed.  We need people to contribute time, effort, and dues to help us accomplish the numerous tasks needed to preserve our lands.  Click here to find out how you can become a member and assist CWRLT with it's preservation mission.

Leave a Legacy
Name CWRLT as a beneficiary in your Will or Living Trust, or designate CWRLT as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy or retirement plan, and you can establish a legacy that will carry on in perpetuity.  Click here to find out how more on how you can create a legacy that will provide benefits to future generations.

Make a Contribution or Donation
Since CWRLT is a non-profit organization, it does not generate revenue the way most corporations do.  The funding dollars needed to sustain an organization such as this is substantial and every contribution helps!  Click here to find out how you can make a contribution to CWRLT to allow it to continue our preservation efforts.
